SK D&D’s Residential Brand, Episode, Expanding to Seocho, Gangnam, Sinchon, and Suyu Real estate developer SK D&D’s Episode, also invested in by GIC, will expand to Seocho, Gangnam, Sinchon, and Suyu. Episode is a residential brand that reflects the lifestyle shared by many of the Millennial generation. It provides rental housing that has lounge spaces and social networking programs that reflect the personalities and tastes of residents.
