Namsan Grand Hyatt Hotel Parking Lot Site For Sale The parking lot site for the Namsan Grand Hyatt Hotel has been put up for sale. In November last year, a PFV formed by Eden Asset Management and developer UOD formed a consortium to purchase the site from Seoul Miramar Corp. (SMC) for KRW 200 billion. The Eden-UOD consortium is in the process of selling the site directly without a sales manager. The sale is appearing rushed because short-term profits are expected amid increasing burdens on construction and financing costs.
