The last remaining ‘golden egg’ of land in Seoul will soon be transformed into a ‘future city complex’ modeled after New York’s Hudson Yards. For the first time ever, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has decided to allow ultra-high-density development with a floor area ratio of 1500% or more to which the minimum location regulation zone has been applied.
