IGIS Asset Management has named SungEok David Chang , formerly of Savills IM, to lead their European headquarters. Jang worked at Savills Korea in retail consulting and rental agency roles for global and domestic brands. Since 2014, he has worked for Savills IM in investments and fundraising. He participated in last year’s negotiations with Samsung Life when they acquired a stake in Savills IM. IGIS has been adding positions as needed as it works toward strengthening competitiveness abroad through its New York, Singapore, and London offices.
