Singapore-based real estate investment firm SC Capital Partners is starting a data center investment program funded entirely by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). SC Capital Partners has also promised ADIA capital increase rights of up to USD 2 billion. The program is focusing on data center investment in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Australia.
