DWS Asset Management announced on the 5th that it has appointed Kim Sang-wook (Executive Director) to lead the real estate asset management (AM) division in the Asia Pacific region. Kim is expected to cooperate with the AM divisions in Australia, Japan, Korea, and Singapore, where DWS has set up offices across the Asia Pacific region, leading integrated management including everything from acquisitions to sale of all assets, including ESG strategy execution, establishment of management strategy, and management.
