IGIS Asset Management’s Singapore-based IGIS Asia Investment Management is introducing a series of funds that are to invest in logistics and data centers. The fact that IGIS continues to launch funds that invest in specific sectors or pursue specific strategies is proof that it is highly trusted by investors. Last year, IGIS Asia established a joint venture platform worth USD 1 billion with Canadian real estate investment company QuadReal Property Group to develop Korean logistics assets.
