Today (February 7), Hines announced its plans to develop and operate the Global Quantum Complex in Busan, South Korea. The Global Quantum Complex will have a total floor area of more than 180,000 square meters and 74 floors. Located in the heart of Haeundae-gu, it will be Korea’s first quantum computing R&D hub, featuring next-generation office space and state-of-the-art research facilities for global and domestic companies and tenants, functioning at the highest level in the market.
