Rutter Private Equity Acquires Parking Lot of Namsan Hyatt Hotel A PEF from Rutter Private Equity has acquired the Namsan Hyatt Hotel parking lot in Yongsan-gu, Seoul for KRW 222.3 billion. The site purchased is 747-1, Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, as well as six other sites that amount to 11,306㎡ of land and 1,578㎡ of building area.
