The National Pension Service (NPS) Real Estate Investment Office has three teams dedicated to the Americas, Europe, and Asia. In 2020 Kim Hyun-soo (now CEO of Pimco Prime Real Estate Asia Pacific) was leading the Real Estate Investment Office during its reorganization from the generalized two department structure into the more specialized Americas, Europe, and Asia structure.
