IGIS Asset Management will acquire the Daishin Securities headquarters, Daishin 343, located in Euljiro, Seoul. This sale will allow IGIS to meet the qualifications for a comprehensive financial investment business which requires equity capital of KRW 3 trillion before the end of the year. Daishin 343 (formerly Daishin Finance Center) serves as headquarters for Daishin Securities. The office building has a total floor area of 53,369.33㎡, with 7 basement levels and 26 floors above ground.
