On July 28, SPI reported on the changes taking place at Gran Seoul, a large office building located near Jonggak Station. Gran Seoul is preparing plans to revitalize its retail space. The current owner of Gran Seoul, Koramco REITs & Trust, is looking for an operator to manage the retail space. Gran Seoul was pre-purchased by Koramco in 2011 in partnership with the National Pension Service (NPS). It was acquired in 2014.
