M&G Real Estate is a real estate investment company affiliated with the British insurance company Prudential. M&G has been investing in Korean commercial real estate since the early to mid-2000s. In the early days, they mostly entrusted SMAs to LaSalle Investment Management for investment in assets such as the Northgate Building and Nara Building. The Northgate Building was M&G’s first investment in Korea, done through a LaSalle SMA in 2004.
