The Golden Tower deal is near closing. Golden Tower was put up for sale last year, but has had repeated bouts of cancellations and delays with the preferred bidder changing each time. Finally, Singapore-based asset management companies CapitaLand Investment Management and Keppel Asset Management competed to win the acquisition, and the seller KORAMCO Asset Trust, chose CapitaLand Management.
