Sindorim D Cube City is a mixed-use facility developed by Daesung Industrial, a former energy business built on the former Daesung Coal site next to Sindorim Station. The property has a total floor area of over 350,000 square meters, which includes offices, department store, hotel, residences, and an art center. D Cube City was completed in 2011.
