IGIS Asset Management subsidiary IGIS X Asset Management was first established by real estate developer Neo Value as Neo Value Partners Asset Management in early 2019. Then in October 2021, IGIS acquired a 45% stake and changed the name to IGIS Neo Value Asset Management. Last year, IGIS acquired a stake in Neo Value and changed its name again.
