Active in the Korean logistics market, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and Kreate Asset Management have recently completed the acquisition of the Jegiri logistics center in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, which was being sold by Invesco. Kreate secured its first deal by acquiring two logistics centers located in Yangmyeon, Anseong in June.
