Koramco REITs & Trust has selected Koramco Asset Management as the preferred bidder for the sale of the large office building, Bundang Doosan Tower. It has been just over a month since the bidding on July 29. Bundang Doosan Tower, located at 161 Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, is a newly constructed asset that was completed in December 2020. It is a large office building with a total floor area of 128,551 square meters (38,887 pyeong).
