The U.S. private equity firm Warburg Pincus partnered with MQ Logistics, a logistics center development and operation company in Korea, to establish a joint venture (JV) called Qube Industrial. The real estate asset management company affiliate, Qube Industrial Asset Management, will soon be pursuing its first logistics center development project. Since its official launch last year, Qube Industrial Management acquired a logistics center in Pyeongtaek with a total floor area of 42,900 square meters to establish its first fund.
