The acquisition battle for the Mangrove coliving portfolio being sold by IGIS Asset Management is expected to come down to a showdown between former MGRV colleagues. Mangrove is a brand that is operated by MGRV. The portfolio consists of three assets: Mangrove Sinseol, Mangrove Dongdaemun, and Mangrove Sinchon. The assets received investment from IGIS and MGRV through the first-ever domestic coliving blind fund worth KRW 250 billion in February 2020.
