The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) is investing in a Seongsu-dong office development project, the first in five years since its investment in Acro Seoul Forest in late 2020. GIC and LB Asset Management acquired Daerim Corporation’s Acro Seoul Forest office and commercial facilities for KRW 600 billion. This was GIC’s first office investment in Seongsu, making it a turning point for domestic and international institutional investors to pay attention to the emerging office district.
