ESR Kendall Square has completed the financing for the Central Hub Logistics Park logistics center project, a large-scale logistics center development project being promoted in Jincheon, Chungbuk-do. Kendall Square Central Hub Logistics Park has a total floor area of 86,000 pyeong, comparable in size to the Bucheon Logistics Park (floor area of 92,268 pyeong), which is among ESR Kendall Square’s most notable assets.
