David Cheong, Vice President in Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) Real Estate Division who is leading investments in the Asia region, has been promoted to Partner. On December 3 (local time), KKR that it has appointed 8 new partners and promoted 39 new managing directors, all of whom have terms starting on January 1, 2026. Cheong has played a central role in KKR’s real estate investment in Asia, including in Korea and Japan.
