    The Seoul hotel market shows no signs of stopping after the market began to heat up last year. Voco Seoul Myeongdong attracted attention as the first hotel bid of the year, and selected CapitaLand Investment Management as the preferred bidder. CapitaLand submitted a high price proposal mid-KRW 60 million range per room. On January 29, Koramco Asset Management completed the deal closing for the U5 Hotel in Euljiro in partnership with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC).
