IGIS Asset Management has secured a site for its third project in Seongsu-dong, a neighborhood sometimes called the ‘Brooklyn of Seoul’. IGIS secured the site for its first project in Seongsu-dong in 2020, and secured its second site there at the end of 2021. With this third acquisition, IGIS has now made a pattern of securing a Seongsu-dong asset annually since 2020.
