Hines, an American real estate developer and asset manager who set up a Korean investment team early last year, increased its investment in Korean logistics centers to three by investing two additional logistics centers at the end of last year. As a result, Hines now has a good portion of its investment portfolio dedicated to Seoul capital-region logistics centers.
