Shinsegae Group Establishing REITs AMC Shinsegae Group is promoting the establishment of a new REIT. In July, Shinsegae Property, which oversees Shinsegae Group’s real estate development business, applied for preliminary approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to establish Shinsegae Property AMC. The REIT will be a full investment by Shinsegae Property and will contain assets owned by Shinsegae like E-Mart and Starfield.
