IGIS Selling Amazon Fulfillment Center in Europe IGIS Asset Management is promoting the sale of its European Amazon fulfillment center that is the underlying asset of its overseas real estate public offering fund, IGIS Global Public Offering Real Estate Investment Trust No. 281. IGIS Asset Management set up the fund in 2019 with a 5-year maturity. The fund was then used to purchase three prime Amazon fulfillment centers located in major European cities, including Bristol, UK, Paris, France, and Barcelona, Spain, for approximately KRW 600 billion.
