Keppel REIT, which is listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), is selling T Tower located at Seoul Station. T Tower is also the only asset owned by Keppel REIT. JLL was selected to be the sales adviser and the process was started. Keppel REIT was listed on SGX on April 28, 2006.
