CBRE Korea: Class A Logistics Center Rents in Seoul Metro Increased in 2023 Despite Increased Supply

    The average nominal rent for class A logistics centers in the Seoul metropolitan area in the second half of 2023 was KRW 34,591/pyeong for room temperature warehouses, up about 2% compared to the end of 2022, with a notable increase in Anseong and Yeoju along with the supply of new prime-class assets. In close proximity to Seoul, Namyangju also saw an increase in rent, but this was minimal. The total supply of new Class A logistics centers was calculated to be 5,604,000㎡, and the market size increased by approximately 37% since 2022.
