The search for a new owner for the Conrad Hotel Seoul in Yeouido, the biggest name in the Seoul hotel market, has taken a step forward. The asset is included in the Brookfield Asset Management-owned Yeouido IFC. Brookfield attempted to sell IFC in 2021, but was unable to do so due to the high interest rate environment.
