Gravity Management-Angelo Gordon acquires Tmark Grand Hotel in Myeongdong Gravity Asset Management and American alternative investment manager Angelo Gordon have acquired the Myeongdong Tmark Grand Hotel from Hana Alternative Investment Asset Management for KRW 228.2 billion. Tmark Grand Hotel was completed in 1979 and remodeled in 2016. It has a total floor area of 27,174.04㎡, a parking lot of 2,993.20㎡, including two basement levels and 19 above-ground floors.
