      There was considerable market concern over Samsung SDS Tower near Jamsil Station, which was traded in October last year, even before it was put up for sale. It was expected that it would be difficult to find investors because it is so large and liquidity is lacking, and Jamsil is a sub-area, rather than a major office district, in the Seoul office market.
