After a 3-week rise, the REITs market is taking a breather. The REITs market steadily rose for three consecutive weeks, with the third week recording a 4% gain. Last week marked the end of this steady increase, though there was no dramatic loss. The simple average return for the 20 listed REITs last week was -0.28%.
