Situated on Gangnam’s Teheran-ro near Yeoksam Station, Arc Place has been at the center of discussions of the Seoul office market this year. Arc Place is the first sale from Blackstone after it opened its Seoul office in 2022. The bid was held last September and Koramco REITs & Trust was selected as preferred bidder in October.
