IGIS Asset Management Transforming Seoul Station’s Seoullo Tower into 35-floor Office Building IGIS Asset Management is redeveloping an integrated Metro Tower, Seoul Plaza, and Seoullo Tower into a 35-floor office building. The assets are situated between Seoul Station and Namsan Park. Seoul City approved this redevelopment plan at a recent Urban Planning Commission meeting.
