The highly anticipated sale of Conrad Hotel Seoul, a rare 5-star hotel property for sale, has finally reached its conclusion. Brookfield Asset Management, the seller, and ARA Korea, the buyer, closed the Conrad Hotel Seoul deal on August 30th. Brookfield put Conrad Hotel Seoul, one of its five IFC assets, up for sale late last year.
