Last week, the average simple yield of the 21 listed REITs recorded a steady 0.005% increase. The REITs market experienced losses for two weeks, with a steadily decreasing trend with a -2.52 return the previous week. Now it appears to have stabilized, but volatility has increased, particularly in large-cap stocks, as foreign selling pressure continues. The foreign monetary flow into Korea has seemed to play a big role.
