Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), is making its next move in the Korean commercial real estate market. KKR has Korea as the cornerstone for its Asian real estate business. KKR began its full-fledged investment into the Asian markets in Korea. Its first commercial real estate investment in Korea was the 2014 Gwanghwamun The K Twin Tower.
