TPG Angelo Gordon has finalized the acquisition of KT&G Bundang Tower in partnership with Pebblestone Asset Management. The purchase of the suburban asset is priced at approximately KRW 17 million per square meter for a total of KRW 120 billion. The transaction was completed on November 15. TPG Angelo Gordon has decided to invest approximately KRW 40 billion won using its opportunistic Asia Fund No. 5. This is TPG Angelo Gordon’s first office investment in Bundang.
