The new owners of Homeplus Sinnae that was sold by MBK Partners has been revealed after the long-awaited public bidding. Homeplus Sinnae is located at 645 Sinnae-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, with a plottage of 5,993.1 square meter, with a total floor area of 29,117.7 square meters. It has three basement levels and five above-ground floors.
