Korea Teachers’ Credit Union Appoints Former Fund Management Strategy Director Goh Jae-taek as New CIO On January 31, the Korean Teachers’ Credit Union (KTCU) announced the appointment of Goh Jae-taek, former head of the Fund Management Strategy Department, as the new Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
