The new owners for the early-year office bids have been revealed. Mastern Investment Management held bidding for Doosan Tower on the 7th, and has selected Korea Investment & Securities after also conducting an interview with IGIS Asset Management. The acquisition price is set at approximately KRW 900 billion. It appears that Mastern evaluated Korea Investment & Securities’ deal closing competency more highly. KDB Life Tower near Seoul Station has also selected its new owner. On the 11th, KDB Life Tower saw bidding with 5 participants.
